AP status

Hi guys

This is what I saw in "case status online" wrt my application for AP:

"On December 31, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

What does this mean?

Most likely this is an approval. But Even RFE might have status like this.

This is a standard message

It changed the message about the approval of the case, which you’ve probably missed.
This happened in my case as well.
