AP RFE Envelope

Gurus,

I got AP RFE regarding photo and photo ID's. I enclosed the documents along with RFE letter in the Envelope provided by USCIS. I then enclosed the USCIS Envelope in Transperent Priority Mail Envelope so I could track it.

Will that be a problem? Please advise.

No that should not be a problem, unless you also selected delivery confirmation, which requires a signature. As an FYI, you do not need a custom USPS provided envelope for tracking a mail, USPS will affix a tracking code even on your provided envelope.

I just sent it with the tracking and delivery confirimation (made sure with the USPS guy that it does not require signature). I hope they get the RFE soon and approve my case. Its an emergency.
