AP RFE..any idea

Hi,
My wife got an RFE for AP and i am the primary applicant.
The RFE says we need to send TSC the recipt for I-485 application.
We applied I-485 in Dec 2002 and recieved AP and EAD recipt notices for both of us on Dec 13th saying ND is Dec 11th. But
for I-485, we didnot receive any recipt but my lawyer recieved her copy along with her copy of AP and EAD. So now can i send INS my lawyer copy.

Any one received this type of RFE.
 
I believe lawyer's copy will do.

You didn't seem to apply this through the lawyer. But it's your right to request a copy of your I-485 receipt from the lawyer.

I never received I-485 receipt myself but I did get a copy of it from my lawyer(after I asked for it).
 
If you have applied through a Lawyer, you don't get the receipt notice. Only your Lawyer will get it. Get a copy from him and send it. Good luck.
