AP renewed today 10/16/2000

Hi,
I am planning to renew my AP. Mine is expiring on Jan 31st, 2001. Did u apply on ur own or through ur lawyer. If you apply on ur own can you please give the details of the process. I would appreciate your reply.

I did it thru\' the lawyer but it was fairly simple. Filled our form I-131, Three immigration style photos, $95 check and a copy of current AP and a cover letter addressed to INS requesting renewal of AP.
If I remember anything else, I\'ll repost.
