AP Renewal Question
I hv my I485 pending at VSC
Got my First AP and EAD done by the Attorney

Now it is renewal time and I want to know if I have to send my I131 (AP Form) to Vermont or Nebraska ?

I am confused after I took a look at the following on BCIS WWW site.

All Forms I-131, Applications for Travel Document (Re-entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document only), are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
All Forms I-360, Self-Petitions filed by Battered Spouse or Child petitions are filed at VSC.
All Forms I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative petitions are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
All Forms I-485, Refugee/Asylee/Haitian applications are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.

Send the form I-131, BCIS fees check for $110, your I-485 receipt and photographs.
Send it to VSC as they have your I-485 pending with them.

Form I-131 is also used for Re-entry Permit (when GC holder wants to stay out of US for 2 years) or Refugee Travel Document only is filed with the Nebraska Service Center. Your case is employment based you are not applying for re-entry or Refugee Travel Document. You are applying for Advance parole and have to file with VSC
