AP renewal Approved Wac-03-111 on April 8th

with AP you do't need I94 . u need the copy of old AP and 485 receipt and for spouse u will need marriage certificate. Last time when i applied i did't attach I94. but with EAD yes you have to attach I94.

My AP renew filed 2/14, approved 3/31, received it in the mail 4/8. My wife's AP renew got RFE-ed for marriage certificate on 4/9. It should be in BCIS file, but they don't look at it, instead they RFE for it. Better sumit everything to avoid RFE.

In this case they even don't need BCIS file. I think you send copy of her I-485, where she is derivative adjustment. Do they think someone may have I-485 receipt without submitting all documents?
 
Guys,

This is the INS/BCIS we are talking about. Dumb as bloody door nails and with the immagination of a bug. Don't take chances with RFE's send them just about everything related to the case. If they don't want it they can junk it, but atleast they won't issue RFE's to kill extra time.
