AP Receipt from NSC

Guys,
My AP was received by NSC on the Aug 25th and Check cleared on Aug 29th.
I have not got a receipt yet. How long does it take NSC to send a receipt?
How long is AP taking these days at NSC?

Generally couple of weeks.

If you check is cleared, then get the LIN number from the check, and enter it online on bcis online status check website and then see what it says.
 
My Rd is Aug 26th. No receipt yet. I don't know whether the check is cleared or not as the check was sent by lawyer.

Krishna Iyer...Can you please update when you get your receipt.
 
Notice Received

I received the AP receipt notices yesterday.

RD : Aug 25
ND : Aug 27.

Online says received on Aug 26th.

Can you see ur case on the BCIS website.

amani, even though the check was send by the lawer, wasn't it a check drawn on your bank account? Or did you send a Money Order or Cashier's Check?
 
Guju....the check was not drawn on my account....the lawyer didnt ask me anything regarding the check...he will get reimbersed from my employer.

Will there be any problem if the check is not drawn on my account

There will be no problem if the check was not drawn from your account

Why don't you ask the lawyer if the check was cleared, and to give you the receipt number from the check. I know most lawyers are too busy to do that!!! but you can still try
