AP reasoning

Hi folks,

I will appreciate if someone share his experience in getting Advance Parol. I applied AP in Jul and BCIS send a notice asking to list reasons(s) why you want to travel outside US. What could be valid reasons? If I write to meet parentsf family and friends whould that be OK?

Unless you r asking for emergency AP, any valid reason is fine. Re: AP reasoning

Emergency AP

I had gone for Emergency AP last week at Newark, and they gave it to me, I had a letter from the company that I have to travel to UK urgently on an EMERGENCY buisness trip

IN 3 hrs it was printed and handed to me, no questions asked...
 
Tell them you want to attend G-8 summit or UN conference or give details about your space walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!


RFE for AP to explain reason for travel, quite strange!!!!!!!!!
This is really harrassment of innocent people.
 
I received one too

I received the same RFE for AP. My lawyers have said that they will take care of replying to this one, as one is entitled to get AP, if he is awaiting I-485 approval. They mentioned it may be from one of the new immigration officers
