I got AP approved from sep 2002 last year to sep 2003.
I traveled using the AP and when I came back my 1-94 & AP was stamped till Jan29,2004.
Does it mean that I can travel say in OCT or NOV of 2003 and can use the same AP to return as long as I come before the date stamped on the AP and passport.
Thanks

Thanks

Thanks.
I was wondering whether to apply for an AP though I do not have a plan to go out of the country as of now.

NO. The AP expires in September 2003, and cannot be used for re-entry after that date. The I-94 you were issued is of no use for re-entry. Get a new AP.

I beg to differ with jaykarandikar.

You can use the AP to enter the US only till Sep. 2003 (whatever the expiry date on that is). The stamp on the I-94/AP that you received would say something like "admitted" until xxx. That date is not relevant IMO since you can stay in the US till such that that your I-485 is adjudicated.
