AP Question

Hi

Me and my wife are in AOS stage and waiting for GC approval.
I have H1B valid till Jan 2004 and EAD. My wife has EAD and AP for travel.

She used her Adv. parole first time in May 2003 when she went and returned to US in 2 weeks after a vacation in India.Out of 3 copies one was retained by the immigration and other 2 were stamped saying Paroled Until May 17 2004 (though originally the AP was valid only for travel till Jan 2004 and it is Multiple Entry)and given to her. If she were to travel abroad again in Sep 2003 and return in 2 weeks can she use the same stamped AP Papers ???

U can use the multiple entry AP as many times as u want, till the expiry date of the AP.
Ur AP expiry date is jan 2004 ( dont take into consideration the paroled until date).
So, only after jan 2004, do u need a new AP.
