AP question

I've a couple of questions about AP. I'm under AOS (I-140 approved) and I-485 pendind. I applied also for AP and EAD. Today I received two original AP (for multiple applications of parole).
These are my questions
1) Should I leave the original with CBP officer? or I can leave a copy with them? If I should leave the original with USCIS I've for just only two travels... Is it true?
2) Should I fill I-94 when I enter to US?

I'd like to know what should I do when I'm with CBP officer at port of entry.

A1: The first time you use the AP document, one copy will be taken from you. For subsequent re-entries, one copy will suffice.
A2: Yes
