AP question - H1 transfer

I am working on H1 and have AP till 7/07.

I plan to change company May end and that means new company will have to transfer my H1.

Now for 7 days in May beginning I need to go to India(emergency).
I dont want to stamp H1 in India.

Question
While enterting to USA I will use AP. Now I read that it does not invalids H1 as long as I work for same company ( from old post from Ginnu/Realcanadian)
But if I join a new company May end, will that H1B transfer will be smooth or there will be any problem?

Can anyone help here.
I have waited so long for AC21 and next month hopefully I will join the new company and transfer H1.

But I dont know if I go to India and use AP whether this H1 transfer plan will jeopardise?
 
i have used AP several times when i was on H1.
using EAD invalidates H1 but AP has no relation with H1.
I haven't done H1 transfer but I don't think there is any issue.
 
thanks Shahramt for your honest answer. I really need to know for future H1 transfer if AP use will be a problem.
I am planning to ask an attorney this Friday.

I would be more relaxed if some GURU here could anwer and they know more than attorney.
 
I am in same situation.

My lawyer said no problem, but two of my friends said I can't transfer to new employer if using AP, I am confused, let me know what your lawyer said.

Fortunately I dont have to go to India in May so I am not using AP now.

But I am also waiting for the answer as did not go to attorney.
