AP Question for California Service Center

I live in California and My 485 is pending in California Service Center. I am renewing Advance Parole for myself and my wife. I have few questions and I really appreciate if someone could answer it. Here is the checklist (I got from another thread)

• Check in the amount of $170 for the filing fee;
• Form I-131 with two photographs;
• Part 7 supplemental information;
• Copy of I-485 filing receipt notice;
• Copy of I-140 approval notice;
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card and latest H1B approval notice;
• Copy of last approved Advance Parole document;
• Copy of driver’s license;
• copy of passport

My Questions are:
1. Do I need to send both H1 approval notice and EAD?
2. Am I missing any documents?
3. Where do I need to specify that I am applying for the renewal? Is the Copy of Old advanced parole signifies that I am applying for renewal?
4. Where should I file?

• Part 7 supplemental information;

******* if you have the I-140 approval copy or I-140 filing reciept and if employer did not gave you then not needed
• Copy of front and back of I-94 arrival/departure card and latest H1B approval notice;
***** latest H1B approval notice NOT needed EAD or AP is based on YOUR pending I-485
• Copy of last approved Advance Parole document;
• Copy of driver’s license;
------ make it color copy or send enlarged copy
• copy of passport
**** passport pages that has your photo, DOB, Name (make it color copy or send enlarged copy)
My Questions are:
1. Do I need to send both H1 approval notice and EAD?

------------- Yes nothing wrong if you attach the copy of past AP.
4. Where should I file?

***** make a cover letter with your name, DOB, I-485 reciept#, A# at top and write what you have attached sign the letter with date and address
*** out side the envelope write in big letters: form I-131 for Advance parole

Thanks Ginnu. Your answer solves most of my questions. I have another question that my wife did not have Driver License or any Photo ID from US. Is passport copy sufficient? Do you have PO Box to mail via USPS?

Is passport copy sufficient?
-------------- better get state ID and then send copy of ID and passport pages

AP Approved

I applied AP renewal for myself and my wife on Sep 4. I assumed, the passport should be sufficient for photo Id and I did not send DMV photo id (since my wife did not have DMV photo id). I was preparing to reply any RFE for Photo Id and I applied, DMV photo Id for my wife on Sep 10. On Oct 6, our both AP got approved (got confirmation email) and still I am waiting for DMV photo Id.
