AP question. .experts, pls reply

Hi All,

I know lot of threads are related to AP now a days.

Here is my scenario and i really appreciate if some body can shred
some light on this query.

1. I am working for a chicago based consulting company, currently
working on H1B which is going to expire on March 26th 2006.
2. Our 485 app is pending from 2003. Plus my 2nd AP is from Denver location
[our client located in Denver and lived there till December 2005].
3. January i had an oppurtunity to work from home, so i have moved to
Portland and working from home for my Denver clinet (planning to apply
for H1B as soon as my wife comes back) and traveling to Denver every week.

Then i have applied for 3rd AP and got it approved along with my Portland
address. But when we got the 3rd AP approved my wife is in INDIA (but
applied when she was here) and she will be back here on Friday here.


My question is, Does the POE guys asks where i am working and what client etc???

Right now my consulting company is in Chicago and my clinet is in Denver and i am working from home some times and some times i travel to this Denver client location every week.
Did you see any issues with this?

I know if they don't ask we are fine, what if they ask where is your husband is working?
Then should we say, i am working for a chicago based company, my client is in Denver and i travel?????
Is this a valid reason?

You don't need to renew your AP when you move. Just file change of address (AR-11) and carry the confirmation notice from USCIS when you travel with AP.
