Hi,
Please could someone clarify, it says at this website that we have to apply IN PERSON for travel document(Advance Parole) at Baltimore, for Maryland applicants.

If anyone has anyone done this recently I would appreciate your input regarding what your experience was like in terms of the hours of wait etc? Do we need an appointment? Until recently it was possible to mail your apllication and documents along with your I-485 apllication and EAD application etc, right?...
Thanks,

the link you posted is not a news it was always with Baltimore BCIS

If your case is employment based I-485 you have to send your AP application to service center I hope your case is pending in VSC you have to send it to VSC.
Baltimore Local BCIS office accepts only Emergency AP in local office and you have to show the document for emergency. Search the thread 7-8 months back some one applied emergency AP and got it for 6 months from Baltimore
