AP pending since Feb 19,03

regarding your question, the last current date shown was Feb 10, for AP in TCS. This was July 15th.
Today is July 22nd. That's why I'm crossing my fingers for this week.
 
Guys, are there any AP approvals?

I am still waiting for mine. From what I can tell none of the AP received Feb. 19, 03 have been approved yet. (TSC)

I'm hoping to hear good news this week....

If you really NEED a AP, you can go to the Miami office to re-apply one. That means you have to fill out another I-130 form and pay the application fee again. If you get there around 6:30 in the morning, you can finish the application before 9:00, and get your AP in 5 days. That's what I did in March.

I appreciate your advice, but when I tried to that last monday at the Miami office, I was told that the only thing to do, is wait. I even had a letter from the company I work for saying the urgency of my travel needs, and the immigration officer said "I am sorry, we cannot do anything"
That's why I am just waiting to have my AP approved

Did they give you for single entry or multiple entry? because my wife AP has been pending since Dec 26/02. We already responded for 2 RFE's and last I found out that the officer who was working on her case was assign to do some other work (maybe office cleaning) and it has been assign to someone else. God know whom?
