AP Pending ND - Nov26th '03

I have my AP (Second one) pending at VSC with ND Nov 26th , 2003.
Is any one in sam boat as I see guys with RD of Feb 04 getting approved.

Though my EAD Renewal with same ND got approved on April 21' 04.

RD Dec. 01, 2003 and not yet approved

My RD of AP is close to yours and no status change since then. I share the frustration and worry with you.

I talked to USCIS Rep on Friday. She said she cannot look into the specifics of the case as the Vermont website says they are processing Dec 24th'03 AP cases. Only when that date moves beyond 30 days of my notice date, i.e Dec 26th and beyond - only then system allows them to look into the
specifics of the case - other wise they can only look into the status.
