AP or H4 to maintain H4 status

If an H4 uses the AP to enter US and (has a valid Visa on passport till the end of 2005 and did not used EAD till now)
can she maintain H4 status or she has to use ONLY H4 visa to enter US to maintain H4 status.

What will happen to H4 status if AP is used to enter US?

IF one has valid H4 visa stamp in passport then why to use AP? Enter with H4 visa stamp and one will be on H4 status.( even if used EAD by H4 holder she can enter with H4 visa and can be on H4 status again)
can she maintain H4 status or she has to use ONLY H4 visa to enter US to maintain H4 status.
------ She should use H4 visa to be on H4 status



What will happen to H4 status if AP is used to enter US?
----- She will be on AOS pending or I-485 pending status. If she used AP then she can go to Canada or Mexico border post and again enter showing H4 visa and will get I-94 based on H4 and can be on H4 status again
