AP or H1B Visa?

Could anyone please advise if I will need to apply AP for travel if my multiple H1B visa is still valid during I-485 pending period? Any risk if I don't apply AP and enter the immigraion by using H1B? Thanks a lot for comments.

Could anyone please advise if I will need to apply AP for travel if my multiple H1B visa is still valid during I-485 pending period?
---- if H1 Visa stamp is valid and is not going to expire in short time then you dont need AP, many apply for AP becase if you have to get H1 Visa stamp when you go out then if any problem in H1 stamping one keeps AP as back up
Any risk if I don't apply AP and enter the immigraion by using H1B?
----No problem, if you have Valid H1 Visa stamp to enter US
