Hi All,
My ND - 04/16 , EAD - approved, my wife got the card. I didnot get yet.
WAC # - 01-159-XXXXX
Regarding AP, I called INS office and the AVM message says that it has been received and processing is taking 70 days approximately. (its almost 90 days since the case being applied).
So, I talked to an IIO officer and she said that the case has been approved as of July 4th 2001. But, it hasnot been sent out. I have atleast talked to 3 officers on different days and they said the same thing and they are saying that they donot know when it will be dispatched.
One thing I donot understand is that why is the INS officer is HOLDING the application when he has approved it. This is Frustrating. ???
