GC Pandits, need your help

Applied my parole in june, after the date became current i called them. They are saying, not able to locate my application and asked me to apply again. i did on 10/10 and got receipt#. if i need to go and get my AP from local office under medical emergency, what is the format for the letter? do they consider brother as immidiate relative or only parents. letter fom hospital is ok or doctor has to sign?

What do they consider as so called "medical emergency"?

please help... need to go to India ASAP

You can try to expedite your petition by faxing to the VSC customer service. Usually they have high standard for approval, so you may be turned down even though your reason looks good to me. They are very fast in reaching a decision and you can call them after 24h to see how is your request being processed, so if they turned it down, you can then go to lacal office to see if it is possible to get an interim AP. AP supporting documents

Gurus, need help

I applied for my AP on 10/10 notice date on 10/12. i sent i-131, check for 165 and first page of passport which has name and DOB. Do i need to send cover letter and any other documents? Are they required?

Hi guys,

I am in the same situation as VSC_victim, (except my Dad is sick ) - I searched and searched but couldnt find any info. I called USCIS they gave me VSC adrress (with Attn: Expedite Request added) to mail a letter stating the reason for expedite and any sup docs.

Fax no. is interesting, does someone know fax number please ? Do we need a letter from the doctor at our home country ? Whats the best way to do it ?

What will they ask me if I book an Infopass appt ?

if you are around boston, dont go to any office other than Boston even though another office comes up with your zip code, change the zip code and go to Boston - reason: other offices dont do most of the AP and EAD services. - i leart it the hard way!

Also need you A#, DOB, Receipt # of I131 and I485, and your contact info.
You should fax any relevant evidence and if they are not English, also the translation and the certification.

Does anyone know the fax number for Nebraska Service Center? I applied for AP in 10th Oct and still haven't received it. Thank.s
