AP lost in the mail...

My AP, which was approved on 01/6/05 has not reached me yet even after 30 days of wait. I did move on 1/1/05 and informed CIS immediately on 01/3/05 to update my I485 and AP with new address.

When I called, those morons said I need to apply for a new one...

What should I do? Has any one in a similar situation? Do I have to apply again or they should be sending me another set of parole documents?

Thank you.

No, AP will not be mailed to lawyers office. It would be sent to you directly. I received my/dependents AP directly from USCIS. May be call the customer service number and give the address, if you have already filed AR-11 for address change.

I applied myself

friends, thank you for the replies...

actually, i applied myself for the AP, so it should have come to me directly..that's what even the on-line message still says.

i am worried that if i don't receive it in 1-2 weeks, then i will have to apply for AP all over again??

If the mail was lost, NSC asks you to file again. It happened for me when I lost my EAD. I filed new, and got approved. Better not to move to new address when EAD/AP is in process :(

Ask with your lawyer about refiling your AP with a local office as opposed as NSC. That's what my lawyer did and I got my AP in about 2 weeks instead of however long NSC takes to process them.

please try calling the customer service number..my ead was lost in the mail..i called and spoke to customer service and they sent me a new card...
