online message says AP was approved and 14 days have passed since they sent the approval notice. But I have not received it. What is the proceudre to get another one. I called customer service and the representative said I'll have to wait thiry days and then they'll put a request and it will take another 30 days to come. Is this the procedure. Is there any way I can get it earlier.

why dont u write a letter with AP case # to ur service center.
mention in that letter that its past 14 days and u havent received
any AP and u need to travel abroad for which AP is a must. Hope
they expedite sending new AP for u.

--- and if AP was filed by lawyer then check with lawyer as AP goes to lawyer if lawyer filed it
