Mr receipt date for AP is 12/18/02 and I have not received my advance parol yet, Can I get one from Local Office in Chicago? I heard you can't get one from Chicago. I have an emergency righ now and I have to travel. It has been more than 90 days since I filled the advance and I think there is a rule of 90 days that apply or is this only for EAD? Thanks in advance.
 
only way

only way to know whether you will get or not is by trying at the chicago office. take 485 receipt, AP receipt and notice of emergency with you...
