I am a GC holder. But, my wife's AP has been pending with RD 11/14/03. more than 60 days has passed. We have India trip coming up next month.
What are all our options?
1. Can we go to Boston office to get interim AP(Is anything like interim AP?)?
2. Can she go to India without the AP approval and come back to USA after I mail her AP approval later?
3. Her I94 shows that it is valid till Dec2005. Can she use that to enter into USA??
Please, help
Thanks in advance.

1. There is nothing like interim AP, you can certainly try for walkin AP.

2. No, AP has to be approved before leaving US.

3. She can not do that. She either needs an unexpired visa stamp or an approved AP to reenter US.

thanks for your info. Since 60 days has passed, Is she eligible for emergency AP at local office?
How to get emergency AP? any supporting documents??

Thanks in advance

I am also planning to go on Thursday and try.
We have cruise to Bahamas on Feb 2nd week. Could it be reason for emergency? OR Do we have to say medical emergency for relatives in India? Please, share your thoughts.

I am not sure, if cruise can be considered as an emergency:) . You can try for walkin AP, carry Passport, I-485 receipt, AP receipt, Photos.
