AP Intent to Deny

Me and my wife both applied AP on april 2nd 2007 and sent the suppoting docs with photos' taken at costco. My wife's case was approved on May19th and today i recieved intent to deny notice if i don't submit photo's in 4 weeks.

Any idea what's going on. Do you think they misplaced my docs and pictures.

Also the notice said not to send computer generated photo's.

Is it okay to send picture's taken at costco. Last year i didnt had any problems.

Any body in similar situation?
 
COSTCO are digital pictures which are no good for AP (but works for EAD) . I had RFE with COSTCO pictures and Analog Camera and print out worked with no issues....

Apparently... your picuters are not meeting the criteria...send new pics ASAP and wait for your approval...

I have no idea why you didnt have issues last time. my .02 cents
 
costco pictures

It should be fine; I got my EAD and AP approved using pictures taken in Costco. I guess what's matter is if your face show properly in the picture. (USCIS has regulations for photos published on their website)

Second guess; your attorney forgot to send your pictures in :)
 
Actually I E-FILED myself and sent both mine and my wife's in the same cover letter.
My wife's had no problems. I am guessing the picture for me was not taken correctly.
 
So you are saying i should ask them specifically to take pics with Analog Camera instead of digital, but my wife didn't had any issues.

I think that my picture was not taken properly.
