Ap has wrong birth date

Hi I got an emergency Ap from Baltimore but the date of birth in the system as filed by my lawyers was wrong, so the AP has a wrong date. I have been to the Baltimore Center several times asking if they can change it and they say they cannot, even after calling the National Center and asking them to do a change. I am afraid I will get problems coming in.

Also, when I called the National Center, they said I had two AP applications in the system and that I may have both of them cancelled. The people in Baltimore told me that the first one is automatically cancelled which was not the case. Could you please advice how to go about both problems
 
The only way I suggest is to contact the attorney firm who has filed it so that they can honestly request to correct the mistake happened from their side.

I just went to the local office(baltimore) and presented evidence that I needed to travel urgently because my mother was sick. They created the document at the local office
