Hi,

DC is rejected my passport for revalidation for h1b. If I will travel outside USA and enter in USA on AP. Still I am on H1B Status ? Is there Any issue if I will use AP ? they will have any concern why I do not have H1B Stamping on passport ?

Please reply.

Reason????

Well the reason is "No Reason". :D Atleast that's what i understood from my rejection. Same thing happened to couple of my friends. Instead of simply pocketing the $100 fee, they could have told not to submit it from the day they decided to implement it.

Again stamping in India

In my company some people also got passport(without stamping) with same stupid reason. Is there any problem will happen , if we go india for stamping. because we have to now mention reason for rejection. now they will also ask reason for rejection. Anyone is planning for stamping in Mumbai in future.

Thanks

Even if you dont mention on the visa application that your passport was rejected, US Consulate would clearly come to know of your situation as everything is entered online. Anywhere in the world, you apply, they would however know it.

But since your application was mailed back without stamping, I dont think that its considered as rejection.

If there is a seal on your passport last pages, "Application Received with a date on it", then its considered to be Rejected, even though it might not show any wording like "REJECTION".

So, when you apply for your visa at a consular post abroad, you need to mention the date and the place where passport was sent for stamping and also the reason why it was not issued.

H1 B and AP

Gurus,

If I go out with H1-B status and enter US with AP. what would be the status? Is it H1-B or EAD? (If EAD and AP approved and documents with me)

Thanks
