AP from TSC has 2 pages or 3 pages?

I got AP issued by TSC, which has 2 identical pages.
But I remember someone saying AP has 3 identical pages?

By the way, on each trip, should I use just 1 page or should I use all the pages?

Is it one page for one trip?

But each page says multiple trips...

AP is only one page. You get 2 or 3 copies.

TSC sends 2 copies -- NSC sends 3 -- so it varies.

AP is valid for multiple trips within the period of validity -- first time, you would give both the copies -- for subsequent trips, just give the stamped AP copy -- they'll re-stamp the same one over and over again.
