AP ( Form I-131) part 7 question

Hi gurus,
i am applying AP by myself and have a question about part 7 of the form I-131. It says on a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify of AP and what circumstances warrant for it ?

Isn't including copy of I-485 receipt sufficient here ? any suggestions as to what more to write here ?

please help with your experiences.

Sample Letter for I-131 - Item 7

I got advance parole for me and my family last week.

Needed things are:
1. I-131 form
2. 2 photos
3. Check drawn for $110 (favour of INS)
4. Support Letter (For Item 7)
5. I-485 receipt notice

The letter goes as below:

As my petition for adjustment of status is pending with you, to visit my aging parents and attend important family functions(and other reasons if any> in <country name>, I request you to issue me advance parole applied herewith.
