AP for Transit Visas

Hello Friends

I am on EAD and my passport visa stamping is expired. I have applied for AP on Sep 25th.

Do we need to have AP approved copy to get the transit visas for UK and Germany. Any experiences in German Consulate in Boston?

I do not know about transit visa. For regular visitor visa they asked for original AP.

Hi

My original I94 is with Attorney. I am planning to goto india in december. When I called attorney to get the I94's, she said that it is not required, since I have EAD and get the Advance Parole.

Is the I94 not required at the airport? if we have the EAD and Advance Parole? Any experiences?
