AP Expired

My AP was expired and I didn't want to extend it then.
But we are planning on visiting India in June and wanted to apply for it now.
Does any one faced any issues to get it approved,when they didn't extend it?FYI...I have a valid EAD with me....

No Problem

Go ahead and apply for AP, but send copy of previous AP along with your application and other documents.
