AP Experience in Newark, NJ

Hi,
My Name is Vamshi Polam and I have traveled using AP to India and Malaysia three times. The only questions they ask at the port of entry, why you are using AP. You say because of pending I-485. Then they ask what category you are in , You say EB-2 or EB-3. That will be all, then they send you for secondary passport inspection where they stamp your passport and you will be out.

Travel using AP
I used it for the first time in Nov 2005 at Newark, NJ. While returning, I was asked by immigration office "Who is sponsoring your Green Card"?. I replied "My Company". It is very important to keep your answer short and sweet. Unless he asks you name of the company, you do not even need to mention it (very imp for AC21 people)

I returned in Sept. with family on AP at Newark. After document and passport submission at the counter, the lady took a few minutes and led us to the immigration office where several people were sitting. Two immigrant officers were calling out names for questioning. I was asked by one about the company and position/title I was working for. He stamped one AP and returned 2 APs unstamped of each.
