Hi Folks,
I just used AP to enter US at LAX, faced no issues.
1. Completed white I-94 card, left items 10 & 11 (city of Visa issuance and date of visa issuance) as blank as I am using AP and do not have valid H1 stamp.
2. I entered by AA terminal (terminal 4) (not sure if it shares the CBP facilities with Tom Bradly terminal).
3. Used the line for Visitors (there was no seperate counter for AP). When I told agent that I am using AP, he escorted me to secondary inspection and left the documents with secondary inspection person. The person at secondary inspection was busy with some other passenger, after some time (15 minutes approx) the first agent came back and took me back to his counter (as the secondary inspection agent was still busy) and processed me.
4. He entered the A# from AP in the system and asked - father's and mother's names, SSN and checked driving license (seems to be matching it on the system).
5. Stamped the AP (in the Parole stamp section), I-94 and passport (with same stamp) and marked the purpose as I-512 AOS.
