AP, EAD Question -do it myself this time?

Hi, Guys,

My I485, EAD and AP were filed through a lawyer. Since my EAD and AP will expire soon I am wondering if I can file renewals by myself to save some money. Anyone can help?

I Filed my 2 nd EAD and AP my self. Recently I filed my 3 rd EAD too.
Get the forms form uSCIS.gov and fill all the info. If you have copies from 1 st EAD application fallow that. It should be simple. I have list of Document I sent with My EAD and AP @ home. I am @work now. If you need it I can post it to night.
I got the list from this Fourm it self.....If you search you can find it..... or wait till evening so.........

- Cover letter
- Copy of Current EAD (Front & Back)
- Online Status of my I485 receipt
- Copy of I-140 Approval
- Cut out mailer of previous EAD Approval.
- Copy of I-94
- Copy of Passport (full or partial?)
- 2 recent photos

Yup That should be enough.

Here is the list I got from this Fourm

AP:-

1) Photos – 2 ( Not earlier than 30 days) – With A # - write with pencil.
2) $ 165 Filing fee
3) Cover letter.
4) I -131 – Filled in and signed form.
5) Passport front page photo ID copy (or) Driver license copy
6) I – 485 Receipt notice Copy and I- 140 Receipt notice copy (Optional)
7) Marriage certificate (for spouse) / Birth certificates (for children) – proof of dependency.
8) I-94 – Copies (Front and Back) - Optional
9) Copy of current advance parole - Optional

EAD:-

1) Photos – 2 (Not earlier than 30 days) – Write name and “A # “ with pencil on back side of Photos
2) $ 175 Filing fee
3) Cover letter
4) I- 765 Filled in and signed form
5) I- 485 Receipt notice copy
6) I- 94 – Copy (Front and Back)
7) Last EAD - Copy (Front and Back)
8) Marriage certificate for spouse
9) Mailer top off slip which came with the Previous EAD
