INS has recently changed the AP Application form. In the new form, there is a field called, "3. Class of Admission".

Any body know, what is this Class of Admission?
 
The Web site says that,

Edition Date: 9/19/03. Previous versions may be used until 12/31/03. Vietnamese instructions also available.

But at the end of the page , if I click on I-131, it will download the new version. How will I get the old version of this form.
