AP Document Sent to different Address

Hi Guys,

My AP document sent to some other apt no in my same apt .That guys came and handed over my ap document to me.How the USCIS is doing like this.Why they are so careless??I called and talked with one of the USCIS customer representative,she is asking me do u want to change yr address??Really silly!!!!

it might not be USCIS.
It might be your area Mailman.

What was the address printed on it ?
Was it the other Apt# ( in which case USCIS screwed up ) ... maybe you should contact them ( coerce them ) to get the address corrected.

If your APT# was correct, then the mailman screwed up -- should not happen again - they are usually very careful ...

There is no pbm with the mailman.USCIS has changed the Street no and it has changed my apt no too

It is a good idea to change your address on record with them, apparently that action has triggered off approvals in the past!

Have you received the RFE on your EAD .... ?

Hi Kabish,
I have received the AP approval documents for me and my wife today by mail, but I haven't received the RFE document on my wife'e EAD yet. I am wondering the RFE will be mailed to us or to the attorney ?. Have you received the RFE on your EAD yet ?. Please let me know when you or your attorney receives the RFE.

If your attorney applied AP/EAD, the RFE should come to his/her address. Otherwise (if you applied yourself) it will come to you.

Hi eb2august01,

Yes today my attorney received the RFE for EAD.It is regarding my signature.I used to put my signature crossly.So regarding that they want me to sign it straight.
But my attorney didnt sent it.I am waiting for that.
