AP denied!

I applied for my 4th AP and EAD renewal in Feb,08. I submitted both the applications through a lawyer. My EAD expires in March,08. EAD renewal was approved.

However AP renewal was denied. There is no change in online I485 status but the last updated date is Feb 14,08. Anybody seen or been in this situation.

Did you get the mail? Was there a reason cited for the denial?

I did not recieve the denial notice in mail which is suprising as I got the EAD approval notice in 2 days and I have not moved. I found out about the denial from online status.

This is the first time AP renewal has been denied in 6 renewals not sure why. Please post if you have seen or heard of this..

Found out today in the notice that we cannot apply 120 days before the expiration of the parole, hence the denial.

So it wasn't denied, it was rejected. They didn't cash your check, correct?
