AP Delayed

Hi,

I applied online to VSC for the EAD and AP approval.
My second EAD is approved and I already got the card.

BUT The second AP is still pending after the Service center processing time shows past 07/11/06 date. My receipt date is 07/08/06.

Any thoughts? Will I be getting an RFE?

i'm also same boat my 2nd AP still pending ..got RFE for Photo's ,b'case i applied online i got my ead cards ....they got my AP rfe also ..its already 40 days passed after reciving RFE .....no approval for AP

can any one's AP approved past 3 or 4 months ....reply

If I am correct, for online AP we do have to send in photos. I have sent my pictures when I sent my papers for online EAD/AP.

For online EAD, pictures are taken at the local center which I had completed as well.

I haven't yet received any RFE letter though. Called USCIS, and they say, wihin next 30 days if I don't hear any thing from them, then only they can file for an inquiry.

This is weird, now even APs are started to get stuck.
I got my first EAD/AP in 10 days of filing.

the processing date july 11th means they are pocessing cases upto july 11th .(although some of the cases after july 11th may already have been approved) so u r not past it. Read the heading above date it says NOW Processing.

may be its ur turn next to get approved .

Just got an email from USCIS over Sunday that they have requested additional evidence by mail on Oct. 13, 2006.

Once a receive the letter from them, I will post the update.

RFE for photo

I had stupid RFE to send my updated pretty pictures to the USCIS. I sent it to them and they received it on Nov 07. Since then every day I am seeing LUD on my AP but yet no approval. For past three consecutive days, I have been observing LUDs.

Should the approval be around the corner??
