Your lawyer might have gotten it. As soon as they issue the Receipt notice they will send the Approval also, I think that is what is meant by being "current" for INS...

CHECKED AVM AT TSC AND IT STILL SAYS "Received your app... blah blah blah... it takes between 30-60 days.. blah blah blah,..."
Any hint ?
