I would like to apply for an AP for both me and my wife. Can anyone give the details what i would need.

You can read some old thread. (I can't remember the number and subject, author is hog perhaps). I filed and mailed my AP application as they said and I received receipt recently.

These are the address given by my attorney for Advance Parole(for AP address is same as 485).

If you send thru UPS/FEDEX following is the address: Also mention "I-131 Advance Parole/Attn: AOS UNIT" on the cover.

When should I renew AP?

When should I renew my spouse AP before her current AP expires? It will expire on May 15, 2003

on the INS site shows:

which states 6 months for EAD. How about AP? Anyone see anything on INS website or anywhere?
