I am seeing that the authorizing officer's signature is missing
in the new AP. Authorizing officer's stamp is in right side of the AP. Are you guys also getting APs like that with missing signature??

thx

Yes, it is really like that as the immigration inspector will place his/her signature on that space.Be sure to photocopy this AP as you may never knew on how many times you need it in a year time. The inspector will get one copy, do not give original copy just provide him a photocopy.

Need clarification

I think I didn't explained my question correctly:

- New APs which are being issued by INS CSC , no more has Authorizing officer stamp on the bottom of the approval notice.
Have you guys also received APs like that??

appreciate info

thx

Yes, when you get the AP document in the mail the lower right box is empty.
When you use it for the first time to enter the US, the officer in the port of entry will stamp it. He/she should give the stamped original back to you.
If he doesn't, you should politely ask for it - they may forget.
It will save you time in future entries. You or your lawyer should save one original in a safe place.
