RD is correct

Oh yeah!!!! My RD is 05/23/03. I had filed it myself.

Come on man...... this is BCIS...... they approve based on everthing else other than RDs....;)

Your shud be coming anytime.... Best of luck. BTW did u file at VSC?

clarify dates expiration

Hai kalinadude

Could you please confirm me the, validity of the date starts from old card expiration date or is there any gap inbetween
please clarify

kss

I assume u were talking about the EAD......coz there is nothing like AP renewal.....

This was my wife's 2nd EAD, she was not working so we did not renew the EAD earlier. Her earlier EAD expired in March'03. The renewed EAD validity is from June 25th (the day it was approved.
So I guess if its approved before the expiry date, the validity shud start from the next day after expiry else if its past the expiry date it will be valid from the approval date which means there will be a gap just like my wife's case.

Can someone else confirm this?

Hai

Any one applied before expiry date , and is it validity starts from the approval date any one confirm

Hi Kalina,

That's cool man. Your got your AP approved for RD 05/23/03. Mine and mywife's RD is 05/13/03, still we did not get our AP approved yet. I think we should be getting our AP approved anytime.

kalinadude,

Can you please clarify me?

If this is your second AP, did you get stamp with a new date on I94 also. Because when i entered country with AP last time at POE officer stamped paroled until date on my I94 card (Which is one year from march 2003). My question is if I dont leave country before or after I94 paroled date do I have to do anything with the card?

please let me know

Thanks

I have'nt travelled out of the country since filing my 485 in feb 2002 and so have not used AP as yet. My I-94 expired March 2002 (my H-1 expiry date for 1st 3 years)
I dont think u need to do anything with ur I-94.
Probably someone who has travelled on AP can throw light.

To user23

I don't think you have to do any thing else with that I-94. If you have to leave again after expiration of I-94 then you need valid H1/H4 or another AP to re-enter.
