Just heard on the CSC AVR.
AP for both self and spouse approved on April 30th.
WAC03-125-5XXXX.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for EAD and 485 approval.

I think SM got that wrong ... he really meant "spread" ur legs

Hey brokenarrow,

when did u filed your AP & how much time it took for approval. Pls let me know as I am filing my 2nd AP today......somebody on this forum said its taking 4-6 mths and its scary as I plan to travel in 2 mths ....

Pls let know your experience

My 2nd AP was filed end of Feb 03.
ND is March 10th and approved on April 30th.
So it is taking around 2 months.

You guys!

After so much experience in the INS system, you still talk like any precedence matters!

Doesn't matter diddly squat if anyone before you, (even if they applied in the same envelope), gets approved, INS works in mysterious ways and it could take anywhere from 1 week to 1 year for your approval. Offcourse you can check trends and console yourself, but don't make travel plans based upon INS processing trends, that is just a setup for disappointment!
