Mine is also same ND

I-485/EAD/AP (Non-Concurrent. I-140 approved 22 jan 2004)
RD: 24 Feb 2004
ND: 27 Feb 2004

Mine "last updated date" changed for both EAD/AP for 2 successive days from 2 march to 26 may and to 27 may 2004.

I still haven't heard anything from INS. Not even notice, nor RFE nor EAD nor AP, not even online status change. I didn't even receive an e-mail.


Is it ur first AP or renewal?
How did u know abt being approved?

My AP got approved on May 25th and my husband's got approved today
We both filed in Feb 20 2004. (VSC)

My AP approved on 5/26 and received by mail on 5/29.
and my spouse AP got approved on 5/27 and received by mail 6/1.
For my spouse we received the status email and the Approval letter at the same time yestereday around 1pm.
for both RD is 3/1 and ND 3/3 @VSC

If u register on USCIS site and add ur case receipts to ur acct, then u can login and view the last updated date from ur acct for each case.

Is the approval notice same as parole documnets or do they send them separately?
