AP approved @VSC

My wife and son's RD is also 1/3/06.
We have seen 2 LUD changes recently : 4/17 and 4/18.

Were there LUD changes in your petition too before approval?

There were no LUD changes. This one was the second AP we filed.

My RD is same date as you (3/1/06) and also this is my 2nd AP. Just let me know if you E-filed or paper filed ? Called VSC center yesterday and rep told me that they are currently processing my case and I should get result in next 2 weeks.
 
So AP approvals in VSC is taking about 50 days or so. My RD is April 6th and I think I might have to travel sometime in mid may so I hope they speed it up further.

Please keep posting your VSC AP approvals as you get them.
 
Receied 3 identical copies of AP documents for each applicant on 04/24/2006.

I filed paper-based application.
 
RFE for 2nd AP.... :(

My LUD got changed .... :mad:

"On May 5, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."

This is my second AP..first one approved last year without any problem.. any idea about type of RFE's for AP.
