AP Approved (TSC)

I checked my case status this morning and saw they approved it yesterday and I should be getting the notice within 14 days.

I140 (EB2) RD 1/29/03 still pending.

EAD/AP/I-485 - RD 4/23/03.

EAD approved 30 July,03
AP aprroved 21 August,03
FP done Mid June .
I-485 still pending.

Did you did any status inquiry or what?

Or did u sent any extra papers as "Extra Supportive documents for your AP" like I-140 Approval Notice or Color copy of Passport?

Nope I did not do any status inquiry . I was just checking the status online almost everyday. Also I did not send any color copy nothing. The passport copies I sent they were pretty clear (not color though) .
My I-140 is still pending.

When did u send copies of Passport?

Answer :

Either

A) When u applied for AP

or

B) After sometime after applying for AP, as extra documents supporting your AP?

My lawyer sent all the papers when I applied . After that I did not send anything.
