Just got my first AP approved.

ND: Mid August 2004
Approved: Yesterday.

Texas Service Center.

Hi FreeSkyLine,
Could you please give us exact date of Rcvd/ Notice date? My attorney said that he sent all papers including AP/EAD on Aug 24th and still not got Receipts from Texas Service Center. How long it take to get receipt in your case and how did you find your approval? through Attorney or on line after getting Receipt?

AP ND: 8/12/04. AP receipt was received by my lawyer on 8/20/04. AP was approved yesterday as shown on uscis.gov online status.

EAD was filed on the same day as AP. But no receipt at all since the EAD card arrived directly at my home address only 2 weeks later after it was filed.

Don't worry. You will get your EAD/AP soon.
