AP Approved, H4 - Expired

Dear Folks,

My wife went on a short vacation to India on July 5th. Originally she was planning to get her H4 7th year extension revalidated in Chennai, India. Since our Advance Parole I-131 got approved on July 8th, she is planning to use the AP during her return. Do you see any problems in it? Please advice.

------- She left on 5th and AP got approved in her absence on July 8th, according to USCIS She canot use that AP becase it was approved when she was NOT in US. better she gets H4 Visa stamp and enter on H4 status
Do you see any problems in it?
- I belive what USCIS says
