Just now checked the online status. It says
This case has been approved. On February 2, 2004, an approval notice was mailed.

Hello Congrats!

What the Hell wrong with USCIS! they are taking 7months to approve AP. Oh my god in that case we might need to apply first and renewal at the same.

If you follow the news, there was a problem with the supply of the special paper that is used for AP.
